09:58 AM EST - Venture One Capital Corp. : said that it has agreed to acquire NMC Inc. The acquisition is an arm's length transaction and upon completion thereof, it is expected that Venture One will be a Tier 2 Mining Issuer. It is expected that Venture One will issue to the NMC shareholders a combination of common shares and exchangeable shares convertible into common shares of the company representing a total of 200 million common shares in the capital. The acquisition shares will be issued at a deemed price of $0.10 per share, representing a deemed acquisition value of $20 million. Venture One Capital Corp.
