11:46 AM EST - Ivanhoe Energy : announces its oil and gas operations has been acquired by National Fuel Gas Co.’s Exploration and Production segment, Seneca Resources Corp., through its subsidiary, Seneca South Midway LLC, for about $40 million U.S. The purchase includes all of Ivanhoe Energy's oil and gas exploration and production operations in the United States.
