11:38 AM EST - Insignia Energy Ltd. : said Tricap Partners Ltd. has acquired about 3.68 million common shares Insignia of and concurrently surrendered an equivalent number of special voting shares of the company pursuant to the terms of an equity commitment agreement entered into on July 31, 2008. As a result of the transaction, Tricap holds about 11.29 million common shares of Insignia, representing 69.3% of the currently issued and outstanding common shares. Tricap noted that it has acquired the shares for investment purposes only. Insignia Energy Ltd.
