Earnings per share for the quarter were $0.99, compared to $0.76 in the prior year quarter. Quarterly total revenue rose to $121.78 million from $112.95 million in the previous-year quarter. The company said that the board of directors declared quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share, which is payable on September 1, 2009 to shareholders of record on August 14, 2009.
