09:43 AM EST - Foraco International SA : Foraco International SA reported a decline in second-quarter net earnings to EUR 3.2 million or EUR 0.05 per share from EUR 3.3 million or EUR 0.06 per share a year earlier, on an IFRS basis. On the same basis, revenue for the second-quarter increased to EUR 25.1 million from EUR 24.6 million in the second quarter of 2008.
