10:54 AM EST - Yellow Pages Income Fund : said on Monday it will buy the 87 percent of Aliant Directory Services currently owned by Bell Aliant Regional Communications Income Fund for $330 million. Yellow Pages, Canada's biggest directory publisher, said it will pay cash for Bell Aliant's 87.14 percent stake in the business. Yellow Pages already owns the remaining share.
