11:19 AM EST - Wolfden Resources Inc. : said Monday it has received an offer of interest from Zinifex Limited and it has agreed to grant the Australian mining company an exclusivity period to complete due diligence. Wolfden, said Zinifex has made a non-binding and conditional proposal to pay $3.90 cash per share for all of Wolfden's outstanding shares. Wolfden Resources Inc.
shares T.WLF are trading up 34 cents at $3.74.
