Adjusted net income for the second quarter was $103.0 million or $1.26 per share, compared to $94.7 million or $1.16 per share in the same quarter last year. Gross operating revenue for the second quarter declined 5.1% to $2.32 billion from $2.45 billion in the prior year quarter.
