Total revenues for the quarter was $3.67 billion, compared to $4.32 billion in the prior-year quarter. The company said that its Board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.035 per share for the first quarter of fiscal 2010 to shareholders on record as at September 3, 2009, and approved its payment for September 14, 2009.
