10:04 AM EST - TD Bank Financial Group : has boosted its quarterly dividend 10 percent even as first-quarter net profit dropped to $921M from a year-earlier $2.3 billion. Diluted earnings per share fell to $1.26 from a year-earlier $3.20. But adjusted net income rose to just over $1 billion or $1.38 a share, from $835 million or $1.15 a share. Analysts' consensus forecast was for earnings of $1.27 a share, before one-time items, according to Thomson Financial. TD Bank Financial Group
