10:58 AM EST - SNC-Lavalin Group : reported higher fourth-quarter profit on Friday and raised its dividend by 29 percent, due partly to a revenue boost from its share in the Greater Toronto Area's toll highway. The engineering and construction company said it earned $50.7 million, or 33 cents a share, for the period ended December 31. That is up from $43.9 million, or 29 cents a share, for the same time in 2005. SNC-Lavalin Group
