09:36 AM EST - Centurion Minerals Ltd. : announced that it has executed a Memorandum of Agreement to acquire a 77% interest in PT Tambang Mas Sable, a private company which holds a Contract of Work on the Sable gold project in Aceh Province, Northern Sumatra, Indonesia. The Sable project is about 23,500 hectares in size and is located approximately five kilometres west of the East Asia Minerals Corporation Miwah epithermal gold project. Centurion Minerals Ltd.
