03:44 PM EST - RuggedCom Inc. : announced the acquisition of WiNetworks Ltd. As per the terms of the share purchase agreement, RuggedCom will pay about $9 million U.S. in cash and will assume WiNetworks' debt of around $5 million U.S. to acquire all the shares of WiNetworks. RuggedCom noted that the Winetworks WiMAX products would form the new RuggedMAX product line and would augment its RuggedWIRELESS portfolio. RuggedCom Inc.
