11:45 AM EST - SXC Health Solutions Corp. : announced the pricing of public offering of 4.50 million common shares at $41.50 per share. The offering was increased from the previously announced offering size of 3.50 million common shares. SXC said it has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 675,000 of its common shares to cover over-allotments, if any. This offering is expected to close on September 23, 2009. SXC said expects to receive net proceeds of approximately $176.6 million and to use it for general corporate purposes, which may include financing potential acquisitions and strategic transactions, funding capital expenditures and providing working capital to enhance capital and maintain financial flexibility.
