11:49 AM EST - AGF Management Limited : reported that third-quarter net income fell 44.5% to $22.8 million from $41.1 million in the same period in 2008, due to declines in Investment Management Operations revenue primarily related to declines in global markets and an increase in Trust Company Operations provision for loan losses. On a per share basis, earnings declined 45.7% to $0.25 from $0.46 in the third quarter of last year.
