03:59 PM EST - H&R Real Estate Investment Trust : announced fourth quarter net earnings of $20.6 million or $0.18 per basic unit, compared to net earnings of $23.5 million or $0.23 per basic unit in the same quarter last year. Rentals revenues for the quarter were $150.6 million, up from $124.3 million in the year ago quarter. For the fiscal year, the company reported net earnings of $86.4 million or $.79 per basic unit, compared to net earnings of $86.7 million or $0.91 per share in the last year.
