09:45 AM EST - Bio-Extraction Inc. : announced entering into an agreement for private placement of its eight million common shares at a price of $1.25 per share for gross proceeds of $10 million. The deal is with a syndicate of agents led by Canaccord Adams, the company said. The agents have the option to offer for sale up to an additional four million common shares of the company for additional gross proceeds of up to $5 million. BioExx intends to use the net proceeds to fund capital expenditures at its Saskatoon processing facility and the proposed North Dakota processing facility, and for general working capital and corporate purposes.
