03:42 PM EST - Cequence Energy Ltd. : said that it intends to make an offer to acquire all of the outstanding common shares of HFG Holdings Inc. on the basis of 0.04 of a common share of Cequence for each outstanding HFG Share, resulting in the issuance of about 2.645 million Cequence shares. The total value of the Cequence common shares exchanged using the five-day weighted average trading price ended September 24, will be about $10.6 million. Cequence Energy Ltd.
