Sales for the quarter declined to $20.49 million from $36.36 million in the comparable period. Net income for the year ended June 30, 2009, increased to $13.24 million or $0.58 per share from $11.86 million or $0.51 per share in the year-ago period. Sales for the year were $114.23 million, lower than $120.55 million in the previous year. Vecima Networks Inc.
