09:47 AM EST - Sharon Energy Ltd. : Sharon Energy Ltd. said it entered into an agreement to sell its interests in its Parkman, Saskatchewan property for $600,000. Sharon Energy said that the sale will be effective September 1, 2009 and is scheduled to close on October 16, 2009. The sale is subject to a normal industry due diligence review. The proceeds from the sale will be used to increase Sharon's oil focused exploratory development activities in Alberta and Saskatchewan, the company added. Sharon Energy Ltd.
