Sales for the quarter were $109.4 million, down from $111.8 million in the year-ago quarter. For the nine-month period, net earnings were $20.5 million or $0.93 per share, compared with net earnings of $25.4 million or $1.11 per share for the first nine months of the previous fiscal year.
