11:38 AM EST - CriticalControl Solutions Corp. : said its wholly-owned subsidiary, CriticalControl Solutions Inc., has acquired all of the outstanding shares of Southport Data Systems Inc. for $2.3 million. The company noted that the $2.3-million purchase price includes $1.5 million paid on closing, $300,000 due on October 1, 2010 and $500,000 due on November 1, 2011 based on certain growth performance criteria. The purchase price was financed from cash on hand and CriticalControl's operating line. CriticalControl Solutions Corp.
