03:58 PM EST - Orvana Minerals Corp. : and Orvana Minerals Asturias Corp. announced that Kinbauri Gold Corp. and Orvana Minerals Acquisition Corp., each wholly-owned subsidiaries of Orvana Minerals Corp., were amalgamated effective October 1, 2009 to form Orvana Minerals Asturias Corp. Following Orvana's acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Kinbauri by way of a compulsory acquisition, Kinbauri's common shares were delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange, effective at the close of business on September 25. Orvana Minerals Corp.
