11:30 AM EST - Sernova Corp. : said it is undertaking a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 6.6 million units at a price of $0.15 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1 million. Each unit offered in the private placement shall consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at the price of $0.25 for two years. Sernova plans to use the proceeds of the placement for product development activities and for general working capital. Sernova Corp.
