01:02 PM EST - ACE Aviation Holdings Inc. : announced Friday that it will complete more than a quarter of its planned $2 billion dollar capital payout to investors, by distributing units in its frequent flier program and regional airline. ACE, which began distributing stakes in its operating units, under the plan late last year, said it will pay out a total of $603 million worth of stock in Aeroplan Income Fund and thr Jazz Air Income Fund.
