03:41 PM EST - NAL Oil and Gas Trust : announced Friday that costs and steep restructuring fees cut profits by 40 per cent in 2006. And on top of higher costs and lower natural gas prices, NAL's Addison Energy Inc. acquisition of 2005, has proved to be lackluster. The subsidiary has seen a reduction of one million barrels of oil equivalent due to disappointing production. Disappointing natural gas liquids production has added to the poor results, but the trust will continue distributions in 2007.NAL Oil and Gas Trust
units T.NAE.UN are trading down 54 cents at $12.11.
