10:51 AM EST - Western Wind Energy Corp. : signed a power purchase agreement with UniSource Energy Services, a unit of UniSource Energy Corp. of Arizona for a new fully integrated combined wind and solar energy project. The company said the agreement allows the site to deliver up to 11 MW with at least 300 kilowatts derived from PV solar and the rest would come from wind energy. Western Wind Energy Corp.
