10:55 AM EST - Delphi Energy Corp. : announced that an additional 544,730 common shares of Fairmount Energy Inc. were validly deposited at the expiry time of Delphi's previously announced offer to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Fairmount. The Offer has now expired and accordingly, after giving effect to the take-up and payment of the Fairmount common shares, Delphi will hold 12.92 million Fairmount common shares representing approximately 79.0% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Fairmount.
