03:41 PM EST - Boralex Inc. : is considering buying out Boralex Power Income Fund, after the utilities income trust, put itself up for sale. The fund's board of trustees said Friday they are seeking proposals to sell or merge the fund. That step follows the fund's decision Jan. 12 to review its "strategic alternatives to enhance unit holder value." Boralex Inc. already owns a 23 per cent interest in Boralex Power Income Fund, which owns 10 power stations in Quebec and the United States. Boralex Inc.
shares T.BLX are trading unchanged at $12.20.
