12:16 PM EST - SemBioSys Genetics Inc. : said Wednesday it will gain a 10 percent stake in Advitech Inc. in exchange for selling its part of Botaneco Speciality Ingredients in an all-stock deal. Advitech will issue 224 million shares to Aviro and SemBioSys at 2 cents a share in the deal. This will represent 49 percent of all Advitech shares after the deal closes. SemBioSys Genetics Inc.
