09:43 AM EST - Husky Energy Inc. : reported third-quarter net earnings of $338 million or $0.40 per share compared with $1.27 billion or $1.50 per share in the same quarter last year. Sales and operating revenues for the quarter were $3.90 billion compared with $7.72 billion in the previous-year period. In a separate release, the company said that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share on its common shares for the third-quarter. The dividend will be payable on January 4, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 20, 2009. Husky Energy Inc.
