03:31 PM EST - MDC Partners Inc. : said that it has completed its offer of $225 million U.S. of senior unsecured notes due 2016, in a private placement. The company used the net proceeds of this offering to repay the outstanding balance under its prior senior secured credit facility, and intends to use the remaining net proceeds to redeem its outstanding 8% $45-million convertible debentures, and for general corporate purposes. In addition, MDC Partners entered into a new five-year $75-million-U.S. revolving credit facility, which replaces its previous revolving credit facility. MDC Partners Inc.
