03:54 PM EST - Cogeco Cable Inc. : said its fourth-quarter net income increased to $46.57 million or $0.96 per share from $31.86 million or $0.65 per share in the prior-year period. Adjusted net income declined to $27.99 million or $0.58 per share from $31.86 million or $0.65 per share in the year-ago period. Revenue for the quarter rose to $307.80 million from $284.90 million in the comparable period. For fiscal 2010, the company said it is maintaining revenue outlook at about $1.25 billion.
