03:51 PM EST - Cameco Corp. : reported third-quarter net earnings of $172 million or $0.44 per share, up from net earnings of $135 million or $0.39 per share in the third quarter of 2008. Adjusted net earnings for the quarter were $104 million or $0.26 per share, down from $127 million or $0.37 per share in the year-ago quarter. Revenue for the quarter declined to $694 million, from $729 million in the year-ago quarter. In 2009, fuel services production at Port Hope and Springfields Fuels Ltd. is now expected to total between 11 and 13 million kgU compared to its previous estimate of between eight and 12 million kgU.
