The company noted that the prior-year results were restated. Net income from continuing operations was $13 million or $0.01 per share, compared to $1.34 billion or $1.30 per share in the same quarter last year. Earnings from continuing operations, a non-GAAP measure, were $155 million, compared to $654 million in the prior-year quarter.
