Funds from Operations for the quarter declined to $2.78 million or $0.31 per unit, from $3.22 million or $0.36 per unit in the year-ago quarter. Revenues for the quarter declined to $6.36 million, from $6.34 million in the year-ago quarter. For the nine-month period, net income of the Partnership was $4.76 million or $0.53 per unit compared to $5.72 million or $0.63 per unit for the same period in 2008.
