Funds from operations per share for the quarter decreased to $0.41 from $0.43 in the year-ago period. Adjusted funds from operations or AFFO for the quarter rose 2.7% to $37.5 million from $36.5 million in the previous year period. Adjusted funds from operations per share for the quarter were $0.36, down from $0.37 last year. Net income for the quarter was $9 million, up from $8.22 million in the earlier period. Earnings per share for the quarter remained flat at $0.09. First Capital Realty Inc.
