Revenues for the quarter were $54.4 million, an increase of 11% from the $48.9 million reported in the same quarter of the previous year. For the year 2009, the Company reported net earnings of $16.5 million or $2.11 per share, compared to net earnings of $10.5 million or $1.27 per share in the prior year.
