On a per share basis, net income was $0.23, compared to $2.82 in the year-ago quarter. Cash flow from operating activities for the quarter declined to $207.21 million, from $383.57 million in the year-ago quarter. For the nine-month period, net income was $86.40 million, down from $699.40 million in the year ago period. On a per share basis, net income was $0.52, down from $4.40 in the prior-year period.
