04:45 PM EST - Rye Patch Gold Corp. : announced that it has, subject to completion of a binding definitive agreement, arranged to acquire Centerra Gold Inc.'s 64% interest in the Ren project. The purchase price for the acquisition will be US$42 million. Rye Patch Gold Corp.
