Net income for the quarter was $25.7 million or $0.48 per unit, compared to net income of $29.21 million or $0.69 per unit in the same quarter prior year. Revenues for the quarter rose 45% to $471.53 million, from $325.51 million in the year ago quarter. CCS Income Trust
