Petroleum and natural gas sales for the quarter declined to $4.00 million from $7.19 million in the comparable period. Net loss for the nine months ended September 30, 2009 was $7.91 million or $0.20 per share versus a profit of $1.34 million or $0.05 per share in the prior-year period.
