04:02 PM EST - Sheltered Oak Resources Corp. : announced that it acquired certain mining claims in Kerrs Township in northern Ontario which were adverse in interest to an area of ground covered by mining claim L1140877, which forfeited in late June 2009. Immediately following the acquisition, Oak said it surrendered its interest in such claims in order to complete a relief from forfeiture application and file assessment work credits for mining claim L1140877.
