Tailored Business Systems offers a portfolio of products and services for local government including property tax billing, utility billing, occupational tax, purchase and invoicing, and volume print and mail distribution services. As a result of the transaction, Tailored Business Systems will be consolidated within Harris' Spectrum operating division. Constellation Software Inc.
