Following the Acquisition, QHR Technologies owns approximately 79% of the total issued and outstanding shares of Clinicare. QHR Technologies has commenced a subsequent offer to acquire the remainder of the Class B non-voting common shares until February 28, 2010. QHR Technologies Inc.
