Revenue for the quarter increased to $1.51 million from $1.25 million in the comparable period. For fiscal year ended September 2009, net loss narrowed to $2.48 million from $3.66 million in the year-ago period. Loss per share for the year also narrowed to $0.05 from $0.08 in the earlier period. Revenue for the year rose to $6.08 million from $4.99 million in the previous year. Microbix Biosystems Inc.
