11:32 AM EST - Petrobank Energy and Resources Ltd. : says its fourth-quarter profit fell 54 percent to $2.4 million even as full-year earnings rose 80 percent to $23.1 million. Net income for the quarter ended Dec. 31 amounted to three cents a diluted unit and compared with $5.2 million or eight cents per unit a year ago. For the full year, earnings increased to $23.1 million or 33 cents a share from $12.8 million or 21 cents per share in 2005. Petrobank Energy and Resources Ltd.
shares T.PBG are trading off 33 cents at $23.95.
