10:41 AM EST - Parkland Income Fund : announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Bluewave Energy Limited Partnership for $214 million, subject to closing adjustments relating to working capital. The acquisition of Bluewave Energy is expected to be immediately accretive to earnings and cash flow on a per unit basis. The transaction is expected to close around the end of January 2010.
