03:52 PM EST - WebTech Wireless Inc. : said that it has concluded a settlement arrangement with LunarEye Inc., in the matter of a patent infringement suit filed by LunarEye in the Eastern District of Texas in May 2007. Terms of the settlement agreement are confidential, but involve a one-time payment, no admission of infringement and a release from any future action by LunarEye against WebTech Wireless on this matter. The company said it will record a charge for the settlement in its fourth quarter 2009 results. WebTech Wireless Inc.
