03:53 PM EST - Cossette Inc. : announced the proposed amalgamation of Cossette with Quebec Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mill Road Capital Inc., was completed on December 23. All shareholders, other than current shareholders of the Newco, will receive $8.10 in cash for each share of Cossette held immediately prior to the amalgamation. The amalgamation was approved by the shareholders of Cossette present at the special general meeting of shareholders. The amalgamated company will continue as the Cossette brand and the current management team will remain in place. Cossette Inc.
